Owner/ Founder

Harman, the founder of Being Human Support Services, holds both a Graduate Degree in Business Administration and an MBA. With a longstanding passion for helping people, she found the healthcare sector to be an ideal fit for her career aspirations. Harman has completed Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Disability, further solidifying her expertise in this field.

Since embarking on her career in the aged care sector in 2017, Harman has accumulated extensive experience in various areas of community care, including in-home care, aged care, complex behaviour support, and dementia care. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring support.

Harman’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to serving others led her to establish Being Human Support Services. Her vision for the organization stems from her firsthand experience and understanding of the intricacies of healthcare. As both the founder and owner, Harman is deeply invested in the success of her company and the well-being of her clients.
